Your tasks

  • Responsibility for developing and implementing the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of our B2B business team
  • Responsibility for short and long-term growth and profitability of the assigned products within the B2B and B2B2C portfolio services
  • Build a cohesive, diverse team dedicated to ongoing improvement of service delivery platform and client relationships
  • Guide the team in client relations, service orientation and consultative opportunities as well as the effective, efficient and ethical operation of their respective teams or accounts
  • Build strong business operations and set specific, measurable, challenging, yet achievable goals and objectives
  • Serve as a change agent for business growth and develops buy-in and support for new initiatives and processes
  • Lead by example to earn respect and trust of peers, team members and customers, staying in line with our Zeal values
  • Foster a strong service-orientation and an “advisory role” in client/customer relationships and sales funnel process discussions

  • Proven management track record in a B2B/B2B2C business with a technology and managed service-oriented product sets

  • Ability to work in partial dedicated and partially shared resource environment finding creative ways to execute to a high level even with shared resources
  • Changes, pivots and uncertainty are embraced by you and not feared
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
