Our Team Structure
Most projects in our company are processed in cross-functional product teams. New products usually start with a vision and ideas initiated by a Product Manager. In a discovery phase, UX/Design/Development will then create prototypes which are going to be tested on real customers. Based on the results, our new product will be designed and developed. Everything happens in-house with all team members working in the same room, participating in all stages of the project.
