The players of LOTTO24 AG had particular reasons to celebrate last year: the market leader for online lotteries paid out a record prize sum of <strong>EUR 615,213,517<\/strong> to almost <strong>1.6 million winners<\/strong> in 2023. This includes players of the LOTTO24 and Tipp24 brands. Most of the winners came from North Rhine-Westphalia (19.1 percent), Bavaria (16.1 percent) and Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg (13.7 percent). The highest winnings were paid out in Hamburg last year \u2013 more than EUR 169.6 million went to players from the Hanseatic city in northern Germany!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Three record winnings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Playing the lottery and suddenly becoming one of the richest Germans \u2013 that&#8217;s what happened to three LOTTO24 players last year. The biggest prize was won by a 36-year-old from Hamburg: he won more than <strong>EUR 117 million<\/strong> in Eurojackpot last August. He was closely followed by a 61-year-old LOTTO24 player from Bremerhaven, who won more than <strong>EUR 107 million <\/strong>in Eurojackpot in January. In third place is a 63-year-old from Hamburg who won <strong>EUR 45 million <\/strong>in LOTTO 6aus49 in April.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Most prizes were won in these lotteries<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The luckiest lottery last year was once again Eurojackpot: LOTTO24 AG players won an impressive total of <strong>EUR 354,607,865<\/strong> in this lottery.
