(Hamburg, 11 April 2014) As of today, millions of lottery fans throughout Germany can now play Lotto on the go: with its new Lotto24 app, Lotto24 AG is the first provider to enable customers to play the official state lottery from their smartphones and tablets. As well as being convenient and secure, the app means that Germans can now play their favourite game wherever and whenever they like. It has never been so easy to play the lottery.
The free app includes all the functionality of the online offering (www.lotto24.de) as well as extensive additional information, such as current jackpot sizes, the odds of winning and countdowns to the next draw. Besides the popular »Quick Tip« – which picks random numbers and takes just a few seconds or three clicks to submit – lottery players can of course select their own numbers in the traditional way. Players can also quickly and easily access all their tickets and winnings details and are always informed about the latest Lotto numbers. If selected, the app can also push information to the user about winnings or new draw results. Winnings are automatically credited to the customer’s account. The Lotto24 app is available for Android (Google) and iOS (Apple) and has been optimized for the respective smartphones and tablets.
Registered Lotto24 customers can use their existing online login details for the app. New customers can easily register from within the app. Payments can be made via Mastercard, Visa or EC card. The fully encrypted payment process is completed within the app – without the need to register with another system.
